At Imagine Care, we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to finding and hiring the right nanny for your family. That's why we provide a customized approach to connecting families with nannies. Our team of experts take the time to get to know both the family and the nanny, so that we can match them with the right fit.

We also strive to make our services more affordable by offering flat-rate placement fees. This allows us to keep our rates low while providing the highest quality of service. We welcome you to experience the Imagine Care difference.

 

Our placement fees are as follows:

One-time nanny placement service fee: $3000 (full and part time placement)

Summer or weekend care only: $1500

Our fee is flat rate and due at the time of offer acceptance.

Please note: Nanny share families must each register separately and will be billed separately for their share of the total fee.​

Included in placement fee:

 

• Initial consultation with placement director

• Creation of a personalized job description

• Posting of your job ad on numerous networks, job recruitment sites, Imagine Care website and relevant social media sites

• Recruitment of candidates

• Interview & pre-screening of candidates

• Background screening + driving record of chosen candidate

• All necessary documents & contracts (formal job offer, work agreement, medical/dental release, waiver to transport, emergency information form, waiver to administer medication, non-disclosure agreement, and cell phone/social media policy)

• The agency completes the job offer and work agreement for family + nanny

Replacement Policy:

Happy families, and happy nannies are our top priority! Imagine Care Nannies offers a replacement policy for long-term placement services. We will conduct a new search to replace a nanny if your family is not completely satisfied. Restrictions apply.
